Twodles!

I’m BAAAAAACK! Sorry for the mere 2 year delay. 🙂 Whoever said time flies when you have kids was not joking at ALL!

It’s like boom. You take a pregnancy test, turn into a whale, push a watermelon out your vajayjay, then poof! You have a two year old and 40% of your baby weight still hanging around like an unwanted house guest or mother in law.   Ugh!  It really is important to take a step back and slow down and take in all the amazing, magical moments life has to offer.  Speaking of magic…guess where we spent last week?  Disney World for my Kella’s 2nd birthday!  We also went the prior year for her first birthday and I can tell you the differences in her reactions were night and day! Both trips were amazing, but this one she really lit up!

The weeks leading up to the trip all Kella could talk about was “Going to Disney World, seeing Minnie Mouse and giving her big hugs”!  She indeed got to do that, as well as many other exciting encounters! From breakfast at Be Our Guest, to African Safaris our little princess got the royal treatment including lunch at Cinderella’s Royal Table, which is always one of our favorite moments at Disney.

My goal is to take my little girl to Disney every year and when she is 16 give her a box of all her Disney memories!  I will tell you we have taken several trips with her already and she is only two.. and it keeps getting more difficult.

Mainly the plane rides are what is getting hard.  I mean, can’t Mommy just enjoy her champs in peace anymore? Nope. Instead,  I am holding a screaming 2 year old ( in first class mind you) while everyone gives me the evil stare as she is tossing food behind us all while her Father is SNORING away (which is what I wish she would have done). “Watch out! Flying bread roll sir!” – a statement I never thought I would have to shout whilst en route to vacation on a plane. Why do the husbands always sleep through the mayhem? Seriously must be genetic. SMDH.   Watch out for a travel trips post soon Mamas!

Below are some of my favorite memories!   Until next time, Cheers!! 🙂
